Am I tied into any contracts?

No not at all, all our hire terms are open ended.  If you decide the kiddy kastle is no longer required then just give us one months notice and that's it.

Do I have to pay extra for cleaning and maintance?

A.

No not at all.  We take care of the cleaning and sanitising as part of your hireage cost.  No extra to pay.

How often do you clean the kiddy kastle and toys?

A.

Most kiddy kastles get a clean and are sanitised once per month.  We can clean your kiddy kastle more regularly if you feel its necessary - please discuss options with us.

What about damage, broken or stolen toys?

A.

We replace damaged, broken and stolen toys when we come in to clean your kiddy kastle.  No cost to you.

Are there different sizes available?

A.

We have three standard sizes for ease, if you would like something a little larger then we can easily accommodate that.  Talk to us about your requirements if one of our standard options done suit.

What about different colours?

A.

We have a range of standard colours available to choose from.  If you have several sites where you'd like specific colours to match your business branding please discuss this with us.
